Directions to Velez-Malaga shopping centre from Malaga airport.
Upon exiting the car hire section of the airport car park, follow signs to
Malaga / E15.
Almost immediately there is a roundabout, go straight on signposted N340 /
Malaga.
As you leave the roundabout, take the left hand lane to go straight on over the
bridge; signposted N340 / San Julian / Malaga.
After the bridge the road curves round to the right on a big loop to join
traffic on the motorway.
Take the 3rd lane ( where the 1st is the one next to the central reservation )
and continue over the river.
Go under a footbridge, after which the 1st and 2nd lanes continue into Malaga,(
AVOID ), and your lane signposted Motril / E15 becomes a slipway to the
right where you join the E15 / A7 all the way to Velez-Malaga.
As you are leaving Malaga, there are two occasions where the motorway
splits....be careful to stay in the central or left hand lane; these two lanes
continue to Almeria / Motril E15 / A7, and other lane(s) peels off in the wrong
direction!
Stay on the E15 motorway until KM 272.
At KM 272, take the sliproad exit signposted A356 Parque Commercial, Velez,
Vinuela.
Take the left hand lane of the slip road, and as this lane divides, take the
right hand one to take the outer lane on the roundabout, to take the second
exit, which is just about straight on. This is a minor road into the car park of
a shopping centre ( "El Ingenio" ) which you will be able to see to the right of
the motorway. Be careful not to take the slip road back onto the motorway, which
is the next exit off the roundabout and directly next to the minor road you
want!
When not going into the shopping center, take the MA356 towards Vinuela, and
then take up the other downloaded directions/photos.
Take the MA356which heads
north from J272 E15/A7 at Velez-Malaga towards Vinuela
The next two sets
of directions both start on the MA356 at KM39 it is your choice which route you follow, the second route is slightly longer and goes via the village but makes it easier to find Casa Martin as it uses wider and better signposted roads. Follow the
numbered photographs and instructions for each turn.

|

(1).Travelling along the MA356 at Km 39.Leave main road. 250m to photo(2)

2) Turn left then 1.3Km/ 0.75mile to photo 3

3) Turn right onto MA 4106 go to roundabout at Canillas de Aceituno 8Km/ 5m.

|
4) At roundabout take first exit onto village bypass to next roundabout, approx 1 mile.

|
|
5) At roundabout take first exit onto MA 4105 signed Sedella, for only 2.6Km/ 1.6m
|
|
|
|
|
|
6) At start of sharp 180' left hand bend signed Sedella parish, exit main road right turn onto dirt road signed "loma de arriba" "carril chorrillo"

6A) Continue 2 miles / 3 km keeping deep valley and village on your right, until transmission mast -then 250 m downhill to photo 7

7 Turn left, Casa Martin towards top right of photo, gravel driveway.
